What is a cement trailer?

A cement trailer is a trailer equipped with a bulk tanker for storing cement powder and other dry powder materials such as fly ash, lime powder, and mineral powder particles with a diameter of less than 0.1mm.

The main structure of cement trailer  

The cement trailer has a strong steel construction. The main components are the fuel tank, pipeline, chassis frame, support device, mechanical suspension system, and other related accessories.

Cement Trailer Application  

Bulk cement trailers are usually used for powder cargo transportation, such as cement, mineral powder, ash, flour, and other powders less than 0.1mm in diameter. The powder is discharged by the compressed air produced by the air compressor. The tanker housing is specially designed to withstand high air pressure. Tank design helps reduce unloading time and reduce carryover during unloading.
